EXAM GUIDELINES

Last Date for Preliminary Submission:

Preliminary Round:
The preliminary round must be completed online. The participant must send a video recording to the number 9088816878. The video must clearly state the participant's name, guardian's name, address, date of birth, class, and phone number.
Registration Fee:
o participate in the preliminary round, register at www.wbste.in. A fee of ₹200 per event per category must be paid. A screenshot of the payment must be sent to 9088816878 via WhatsApp.
Shortlisting:
Based on the preliminary videos, 50 participants will be selected for the final round, and they will be informed of the date and venue.
Certificates:
Apart from the declared prizes, all preliminary participants will receive e-certificates. Final round participants will receive certificates and trophies.
Drawing Submissions:
Only scanned copies of the drawing should be sent for the preliminary round. Finalists will draw live during the event.
